E stands for employee
S stands for small business or specialist such as a doctor or lawyer
B stands for big business (over 500 employees)
I stands for investor
You may notice that the school system does a very good job or producing E's and S's, the left side of the quadrant, the side where security is cherished.
The B and I quadrants, the right side of the quadrant, is where freedom is cherished. Due to a lack of financial education, the B and I quadrants remain a mystery to most people.
