Mission
At Illi University our mission is for you to quit your job and start your own business. For some people this may sound like an extreme and unrealistic goal, however, we think it is the right goal. We teach core principles of life and develop your character to have the essential skills and desire to offer your own unique value to the world. We don't offer any tricks, cheats or secrets - just good old-fashioned hard work and dedication.
While the age old paradigm of going to school, getting a degree and working a 9-5 job the rest of your life has many benefits, we think the time has come to offer an additional perspective. The world does not need more employees lining up to work a job. There is no shortage of employees ready to do what they're told - just look at our current market of college graduates having trouble finding work. What there is a shortage of, however, are creative visionaries looking to tackle the problems of everyday life. The world doesn't need more employees with degrees. The world needs more entrepreneurs who are capable of adapting and creatively taking on the challenges of the world.
We focus on training people to realize their individual strengths and weaknesses and adopt a business and lifestyle that suits their needs accordingly. We don't want a world with people who all dress the same, think the same and do the same thing every day. We want to develop the core principles of each individual and nurture their creativity and passions so they are able to become free, responsible human beings that contribute to society, rather than take.
